2. Acceptance of these terms
By purchasing or accessing any Creative Restoration products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or access our products or services.
3. Our services and products
Creative Restoration provides a range of wellbeing-focused learning and creative experiences, including but not limited to:
- digital courses and programmes
- live online webinars
- on-demand webinar recordings
- workshops (online or in person)
- speaking engagements and facilitated sessions
Specific details (such as dates, duration, format and pricing) are provided at the point of booking or purchase.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is required in full at the point of booking unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
5. Digital content and online courses
5.1 Access and delivery
When you purchase a digital course or on-demand content, you will be given access via the platform specified at the time of purchase.
Access may be:
- lifetime access (i.e. for the lifetime of the specific product), or
- time-limited access
This will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee that digital content will always be available without interruption due to technical issues or platform maintenance.
5.2 Licence and permitted use
When you purchase digital content, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the materials for your own personal or professional development.
You must not:
- share login details or content with others
- copy, reproduce, distribute or resell any materials
- record, download or repurpose content unless explicitly permitted
All intellectual property rights remain with Creative Restoration.
6. Live webinars and recordings
6.1 live attendance
Live webinars take place at the date and time advertised. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend live if live attendance is important to you.
We are not responsible for technical issues on your side (for example internet connectivity or device compatibility).
6.2 Recordings and replays
Unless stated otherwise, webinars may be recorded.
By attending a live webinar, you consent to being present in a recorded session. We aim to avoid recording participant contributions where possible, but cannot guarantee anonymity if you choose to speak or use chat functions.
Access to recordings (if included) will be provided for the period stated at purchase.
7. Workshops and in-person events
For in-person or facilitated workshops:
- details of location, timing and requirements will be provided in advance
- you are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and personal arrangements unless otherwise stated
- we reserve the right to refuse attendance if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate
8. Speaking engagements and commissioned work
For speaking engagements or commissioned workshops booked by organisations, separate written agreements may apply.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Creative Restoration retains ownership of all materials used or provided
- materials may not be recorded, reproduced or distributed without permission
Cancellation terms for commissioned work will be set out in writing at the time of booking.
9. Cancellation and refunds – digital content
9.1 Statutory rights
Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content.
However, by purchasing digital content and accessing it immediately, you acknowledge that:
- delivery begins immediately, and
- you may lose your right to cancel once access has started
9.2 Refunds
Unless otherwise stated:
- digital courses and on-demand content are non-refundable once accessed
- we do not offer refunds for change of mind
This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty or not as described.
10. Cancellation and refunds – live events and workshops
10.1 Cancellation by you
If you cancel a live event or workshop booking:
- more than 14 days before the event: a refund may be issued (minus any non-refundable fees)
- within 14 days of the event: no refund will usually be available
You may transfer your place to another person with our prior consent.
10.2 Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, low attendance or unforeseen events.
If we cancel, you will be offered:
- a full refund, or
- a transfer to a future event
11. Wellbeing disclaimer
Creative Restoration content is intended for education, reflection and wellbeing support.
Our services do not constitute:
- therapy
- psychological treatment
- medical or mental health advice
If you are experiencing significant distress or mental health difficulties, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional support.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
We are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of income, profits or business opportunity
- personal outcomes arising from participation
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
13. Intellectual property
All content, materials, recordings and resources are the intellectual property of Creative Restoration unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
14. Privacy and data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
