About us
We are clinical psychologists with over 35 years’ combined experience in mental health care. We both worked in the NHS for many years before establishing independent practices. This has given us the freedom to pursue the work we are most passionate about. For Mia this is championing the wellbeing benefits of knitting, and for Paula preventing burnout and work-related trauma. We’re really excited to weave together our passion and skills through Creative Restoration.
